Order placement & Entries

How do I submit an order?

You can simply send an order directly to orders@inflightprinting.com. Please be sure to include all of the decoration information as clearly as possible to ensure the entry and proofing process goes smoothly. Also, send your artwork along with your purchase order with the correct vector files attached. Failure to do so could put your order due date in jeopardy!

Do you take sample requests?

Yes! We can do a sample on any order no matter how big or small. There is a price difference when you do a sample print versus when your full order is placed as some subjects may change in the pricing area. If you need a sample, please let us know on your purchase order or give us a call for more information.

Do you have a return policy?

We certainly do. We know mistakes can happen and we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please contact us immediately with the issue and we will work to find the appropriate resolution to fix any issue now, and in the future. We learn from mistakes!

Can I update my order after submitting?

Absolutely! Please contact orders@inflightprinting.com or brandon@inflightprinting.com to update your order. Please note that revisions will reflect the overall price change as quantities may increase or decrease. Return fees will be added to the order if it is outside of a stock manufacturing issue. This could also lead to in-hand dates changing based on the revision.

Can I place a bulk order or setup program orders?

Yes and Yes! We welcome bulk orders at any time although we would like to be informed about when and how many your order will entail. This will allow us to accommodate our facility for your goods. Program orders are also accepted. Just contact us if you plan to have a program order in place for all future orders.

*Additionally, lacing a bulk and or program order may be eligible for discounted pricing. Contact us for more information.

Customization Options

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing involves a mesh screen that transfers ink onto a substrate such as fabric, paper, or plastic. The screen acts as a stencil, allowing ink to pass through open areas and create the desired design or image(s). We start with 1 color design and can print up to 14 color designs. For more info on screen printing, head to our services and resources pages.

What is Digital Transfer? or DTF?

Digital Transfer or “DTF” is a printing process using the transfer of film of a design onto a garment or other substrate using heat and pressure. Digital transfers are best for multi-color designs with extremely high detail. With no order minimums, fully customized apparel, and promotional products are ready to be personalized. For more information on Digital Transfers and their process, head to our service and resource page.

Can you add Names & Numbers?

We sure can! Names and numbers are a great way to customize your orders with a distinct personality. Names and numbers are typically heat-pressed (DTF) with no minimums.

What kind of artwork do you find acceptable?

Our in-house artists are hard at work setting up artwork for screen printing or digital transfers five days a week. They handle a lot of work and what makes their jobs a little easier is having the correct vector file formats for images coming in.

Our artists prefer to work with:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • PSD
  • PDF

We recommend using high-res images with at least 300 DPI and vector formats like the ones listed above. All of which will allow the proofing process to go a lot smoother and vital art to be accurate.

Do you offer PMS color matching?

Yes, we do! We offer Pantone color matching for any design and all screen-printed orders. We do have a standard color chart we use for the typical colors used, but anything outside of our colors chart will be charged with e PMS matching fee. As for digital transfers, there is no PMS color-matching fee but we will still match the color of your desire to ensure the design is exactly how you want it to be.

For more information on Pantone color-matching, please see our ink mixing page.
